Built in a luxurious art deco style, Karni Bhawan Palace was once the residence of the Maharaja of Bikaner. Its Doric pillars, ornamental staircases and large windows are a testimony to an aesthetic brilliance of the past. A part of the HRH Group of Hotels, it has been extensively renovated to provide contemporary services although its original regal character has been preserved. Aesthetically decorated with period furniture and curios and with walls lined with old paintings and photographs, it is reminiscent of an era gone by.
