Khem Villas is established on land we purchased in 1989. We planted indigenous trees and created small water bodies and have since converted this vast, open grassland into a natural habitat. Today, it is not uncommon to see jackals, jungle cats, hyenas, desert fox, and crocodiles, within the grasslands and around your luxury campstead. It has also become a bird watcher's paradise.
Our camp in the Ranthambore Tiger reserve is designed to provide peace and tranquility within its luxurious and very personal atmosphere. Welcome to Khem Villas.
Khem Villas, is a jungle camp established by Usha and Goverdhan Singh Rathore along with Pritam Singh on the outskirts of Ranthambhore. Goverdhan is the son of Fateh Singh Rathore one of India’s leading Tiger experts who is also aptly referred to as the founding father of Ranthambhore helping put the park on the Tiger Map of the World.

Cottage
Your cottages are part of a private compound of 1600 sq.ft.
The area includes a spacious and comfortable bedroom, a bath with an open to sky outdoor shower and a large, old fashioned tub. A private courtyard and veranda look over to the Tiger reserve beyond and runs down to the lake within the premises of Khem Villas.
Spacious luxury cottages designed to make you feel like royalty. Soft fabrics and hardwood teak furniture that belie the fact that you are in the midst of a hard jungle. Each private cottage is in a compound of its own, nicely spaced away from the other for a very private experience.
Tent
Each tent is erected on a wooden platform and supported by a steel frame. Spacious and comfortable, with minimalisic, modern appointments. The bathrooms are designed using natural materials like bamboo and wood to give a rustic charm without compromising on comfort and functionality.
Rooms
The main building provides four bedrooms that are self-contained and can be used as individual rooms or can provide the option for a small group to hire the entire portion as a private space to be enjoyed together. All the rooms are air-conditioned spacious with en suite bathrooms. The upstairs rooms have large bay windows from which you can enjoy view along with the multitude of sounds of nature.
The Main building of Khem Villas has 4 double rooms, well-appointed in our signature style. Each room has bay windows that overlook the adjoining rural landscape.
