It further strengthens our commitment to deliver safe food that is tasty, appealing and of the highest hygiene standards to all our esteemed guests and internal customers at all our food and beverage outlets, banquets, in-room dining & employee cafeteria by consistently eliminating & minimizing all physical, chemical & biological hazards in the processing of food. We plan, implement, operate, maintain and update Food safety management system to give our guest a safe food. A standardized Food safety management system has resulted high levels of hygiene ensuring the guests receive top quality that they can trust. A food safety team uses HACCP plan closely monitors, identifies, prevents and controls food safety hazards to ensure food safety. A high and constant degree of cleaning, hygiene and sanitation processes are followed meeting ISO 22000:2005 standards throughout the food chain from receiving, preparation, handling, storage to serving. We have in house Laboratory where food and water is tested on routine basis. Good quality of food is further assured by regular testing in NABL accredited external laboratory. Special food safety training program has been formulated to teach the staff about Good hygiene Practices.
